The Park Rapids Farmers' Market is open on Saturdays from 9am - 1pm starting Memorial Day weekend through September. We are located on Hwy 34 across from Thielen Motors. Shop over 50 vendors with farm fresh local products and unique arts & crafts.
The Greater Twin Cities Youth Symphonies' flagship orchestra embarks on their highly anticipated concert tour of France and Spain on June 15. Alongside 2023 Symphony graduates, the orchestra performs in Lyon and Fourques (France) and Barcelona (Spain) at the stunning Palau de la Musica. Over the 11-day tour, students will also explore incredible locations in the French and Spanish towns of Cassis, Arles, Aix-en-Provence and Carcassonne. Throughout the tour, students can connect more deeply with their peers and gain a great appreciation for the cultures of southern France and Catalonia.

This unique experience, designed for adults, will give you some up close and personal insight into our Director, Marnita, and the Pine Grove Zoo! Travel through time as Marnita shares the stories, the ups and downs of acquiring a new species, and the research that goes into providing habitats and enrichment. This event is fun, unique, and brought to you with a unique perspective, one-of-a-kind stories, humor, and love.

Enjoy a seat in the apple orchard at the LeDuc Estate while you listen to New Pearl Buttons play some great music!
Please bring your own chair or blanket to sit on during the event. The event is free to the public, but donations are encouraged.
The Concerts in the Orchard take place each Sunday during the month of August. In the event of rain, the event will be held at St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
Come explore with us on our Discovery Tours! Our educator will lead you in this uniquely designed tour. You’ll get to stroll through Pine Grove Zoo and discover fascinating facts about our animal family and their wild counterparts. You’ll also get to learn about the distinct and inspiring history of our Zoo. These are 60 minute tours and we do recommend calling ahead to reserve your spot on these tours. They’re a wonderful bargain at $7.00 per person ($6.00 for members).
Come enjoy Story Time at our new Lions Den this year! Each story time our educator will read a new adventure featuring some of our Zoo family members. Kids will also receive a coloring page and get to ask our Educator questions that they have about the zoo and our animal family. This is a free event with paid admission.
