Red White and Boom

Celebrate America's Independence Day at Minneapolis Red, White and Boom, a celebration hosted by the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board. The annual event attracts more than 75,000 people to sites along the downtown Minneapolis riverfront, and features live music, great food, fun activities for the whole family, and the grand finale - fireworks!

6:30 am: Red, White & Boom! TC Half Marathon, Relay, and 5K Begins
6-10 pm: Live Music, Vendors and Fireworks – Family Activities presented by Walmart
10 pm: Fireworks

Recycled Percussion

Since Justin Spencer formed Recycled Percussion in 1995, the band has been unstoppable. Their junk rock music became a national phenomenon week after week during their smash hit performances on America's Got Talent in 2009. Playing over 4,000 shows and over 400 corporate events in over 15 countries, the group has also done guest appearances on "Carson Daly," "The Today Show," "China's Got Talent" and the Latin Grammy Awards. After being featured on the cover of "USA Today" and being voted National Act of the Year a record-breaking six times, the band gained world-wide recognition.

Raspberries and Wine Festival

Have a 'Berry Good' time celebrating the release of our new batch of award-winning Raspberry wine! Celebrate summer at Winehaven while enjoying hourly vineyard tours, complementary wine tasting and lunch at the vineyard. Several craft, clothing and jewelry vendors will also be on-hand so you can sip while you browse. There is no admission fee and reservations are not required. Bring your friends!
