Picturing Parenthood

Selma Fernández Richter, Andy Richter, and Jovan C. Speller are award-winning photographers and parents who capture images that reflect the joys, challenges, responsibilities, and societal pressures of raising children in the twenty-first century. This exhibition reflects the emotions and experiences of parents today, while also showcasing a range of photographic techniques and practices by contemporary artists. Picturing Parenthood runs from May 4 – July 28, 2024 in Gallery One at the Anderson Center.

We are throwing our first annual Nordic Bluegrass & Folk Festival! Over all the years hosting amazing bands at our venue we decided its time fill up our back parking lot with a full blown festival. Our owner Zach hand picked some of his favorites from the years and is putting them all on one same awesome stage for one epic day!

Music on the Cortile | Landmark Center

Courtney Burton & Friends play on July 10 at noon for Music on the Cortile at the Landmark Center in St. Paul, MN.

Music on the Cortile (previously known as Music from the Porch and Music in the Café) presents live performances by musicians in the picturesque Musser Cortile at Landmark Center. Taking place over four Wednesday lunch hours, these concerts offer an opportunity to hear talented local musicians. Best of all, they’re free and open to everyone. Attendees are encouraged to bring their lunch to enjoy during the concert.

Minnesota Children's Book Festival

The 25th Annual Minnesota Children’s Book Festival will take place on Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 11 A.M to 4 P.M. Stay tuned for the lineup to be announced this summer. In the meantime, you can check out last year’s festival information for more details here.

We will look at why they ran, what they accomplished, the obstacles they faced, the impact they made on American politics, and the legacy they left behind.

Normand’s 2023 one-hour Netflix special, SOUP TO NUTS, was a staple in the streamers’ Top Ten for several weeks. This follows Normand’s self-released special, 2020’s OUT TO LUNCH which amassed over 12 million views on YouTube. He also starred on Netflix’s Season 3 of THE STAND UPS.
