Proctor Chamber of Commerce sponsors the annual Classic Snowmobile Challenge from the Buffalo House to Spirit Mountain. Food, music and vintage snowmobile ride.
Registration 9 - 11:30 am at The Buffalo House. Ride begins at Noon.
400 show worthy vintage autos begin and end their 20 mile journey on Main Street. Experience the cruise either as a participant or as a observer. Following the cruise stay for a street dance. Food booths line Main Street.

Join the Dakota County Historical Society at the LeDuc Historic Estate for Civil War Weekend.
This fun filled weekend consists of historical reenactors, medical demonstrations, hands-on experiences and much more! A variety of presentations and children's activities will take place throughout the day.

Come on Downtown (5th Avenue - Under the Festoon Lights!) for Christmas Tree lighting, heated tents, plenty of traditional German food and drink such as Gluhwein, which is a warm, spiced wine, and Christmas cookies, Lebkuchen, which is like a gingerbread and, plenty of bratwurst and sauerkraut.
Beaver Island Beer & Hot chocolate will also be available to keep people warm on what's likely to be a pretty cold night.
There will be plenty of portable and standing heaters to keep the crowd warm at the event.
