Disney's Finding Nemo Jr.

Duluth Playhouse Youth Theatre is delighted to present Disney’s Finding Nemo Jr., running April 26 - 28, 2024 at the NorShor Theatre. This one-act musical adaptation of the beloved Pixar movie Finding Nemo will enchant audiences of all ages with its lovable characters, unforgettable melodies, and inventive stagecraft and puppetry.

Celebrating Black Music Month w/ Jamecia Bennett, Issa Pointer & Namphuyo Aisha

Issa Pointer, Namphuyo Aisha, Jamecia Bennett & special guest Wanda McCrae take to the stage together. They pay tribute to the music of their iconic parents, singing the songs the world knows & loves. These four women of black music icons Betty Wright, Ruth Pointer, Ann Nesby and Gwen McCrae will share the stage to honor their parents and continue the family legacy of music.

Blood, Sweat & Tears

No one can argue Blood, Sweat & Tears invented a new style of music. BS&T is not the first band to ever use a horn section, but they are the first to fuse it with rock, jazz, and some blues thrown in for good measure. BS&T has had many configurations over its fifty-plus years of touring, but one thing for sure is that the music is timeless.

The Belfast Cowboys

The Belfast Cowboys is a nine-piece, horn-driven band from Minneapolis that specializes in the music of Van Morrison, mixing rock, blues, roots and soul sounds. Led by veteran songwriter and guitarist Terry Walsh and powered by a four-piece horn section, the Cowboys have flourished in the renowned Minnesota music scene, and have consistently packed houses and wowed crowds since 2002.

The Beauty of Brahms

The magical sound of harp and two horns with a women's choir opens the concert. We're intoxicated. Then songs and stories for full choir invite us to experience love and longing and adventure. A beautiful piano solo leads into a rollicking set of Gypsy songs, and it's hard to keep from dancing. Sound, rhythm, melody, and stories: an amazing afternoon with Minnesota's German-language choir, the Minnesänger.
