Experience Christmas, 1910—both upstairs and downstairs—in the sumptuous Gilded Age mansion of railroad titan James J. Hill.
Admission includes self-guided access to holiday-themed exhibits and a 60-minute guided tour highlighting holiday stories and memories from both the Hill family and their staff.
Tours start every half-hour based on availability throughout the season. The last tour begins at 3:30 pm. Member ticket presale opens online November 1 Non-members ticket sales begin Nov 8.
Jerry, along with his cousins, Mark, and Paul, will share their family's story in a special lecture at the Cathedral of Saint Paul. Guests will see archival photos, sketches and even film recorded by Joseph Capecchi. Tickets for the lecture alone: $20 for adults and $10 for students. Country artist Aaron Tippin’s songs celebrate the life of the common, hard-working man. Tippin has earned six gold and one platinum albums and released over 30 singles, including You’ve Got to Stand for Something, My Blue Angel, I Wouldn’t Have it Any Other Way, Kiss This, Workin’ Man’s Ph. D, There Ain’t Nothing Wrong with the Radio, and Where the Stars and Stripes and the Eagle Fly. His first single, You’ve Got to Stand for Something, was his first top ten hit in 1991.
Once a year singer/songwriter Michael Shynes brings his 7-piece band of accomplished musicians complete along with a light show and visuals to the Paramount Theater. The show will get as big as a rock show and become as stripped down as an acoustic show all while threading stories and genres together for an unforgettable experience not to be missed.
