The Bell Museum and Gibbs Farm invite you to a fun-filled evening at the corner of Larpenteur and Cleveland on Thursday, July 13. Kick off the night with an outdoor concert from the Minnesota Sinfonia, who will be performing at Gibbs Farm. Enjoy the sounds of “Music on the Lighter Side” with your family. This concert will include music from the movies, Broadway, waltzes, tangos, marches, polka, and much more!
 

Life in One Cubic Foot

Life in One Cubic Foot is an exhibition organized by the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service in collaboration with the Smithsonian’s National Museum of Natural History. The exhibition features the research of Smithsonian scientists and photographer David Liittschwager as they discover what a cubic foot of land or water—a biocube—reveals about the diversity of life on the planet.

Join us for our next in-person Star Party! Outside, we’ll have our telescopes set up to observe the Moon and our favorite deep space objects (weather permitting). Inside, you can explore hands-on activities, and our expert astronomy team will guide you through the night sky and highlight cosmic sights in our planetarium.

Happy Days Festival 2023

Happy Days is the City of Ramsey's annual hometown festival, with this year marking the 25th anniversary! The main event is scheduled for Saturday, September 9th, where the festivals main hours will be from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. Following the festival, we will also have the 9/11 Memorial Golf Tournament, which will be held at the Rum River Golf Course on Sunday, September 10th from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Join Lanesboro Arts at the St. Mane Theatre on Saturday, October 7th at 7:00 to see Jillian Rae perform her variety of music ranging within different genres. As
a classically trained violinist, Jillian Rae is known internationally
for her pop orchestrations, genre-bending songs, and unique spin on
music. Currently based in her home studio in Minneapolis, Rae produces
her own music with partner and co-producer Eric Martin.

Lanesboro Arts is thrilled to present Humbird on Saturday, September 9th at 7:00 p.m.
at the St. Mane Theatre. Every piece of Humbird’s is able to completely
encapsulate listeners with its incredible instrumentals and heartfelt
lyrics. While Humbird’s music addresses complex systemic and societal
issues, it is able to transcend listeners to a space of unity and
togetherness.
