Join us for the Girlhood (It's Complicated) exhibit opening on September 7! After exploring the exhibit, enjoy a variety of craft activities and entertainment.

Entertainment includes live music by FINICK, dance presentations by Sansei Yonsei Kai and Yackel Dance Studio, and a baseball demonstration by the Minnesota Girls Baseball Association on the front lawn. Presentations will take place on the 3rd Floor of the Minnesota History Center.

Native American Music and Arts Festival

A day filled with music and art for everyone. There will be over two dozen artists and demonstrators that will be sharing information about their artwork. There will also be Native American musicians performing throughout the day, including hand drum songs and our headliner, Keith Secola. Food trucks will be serving refreshments and indigenous foods throughout the day. Bring the whole family for this fun filled event!

Thrivefest North

Since 2018, Thrivefest North has provided a gathering of hope and inspiration to the Fargo-Moorhead area. Thrivefest North is a Christian music festival in Moorhead, Minnesota, providing a full day of family-friendly entertainment. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, August 24th, 2024 at the Bluestem Amphitheater. Proceeds from the festival support the Rising Hope Foundation. With prayers and support from friends and contributors, they work to make a real difference in the lives of young women enslaved by human trafficking.
