Come out to Bluebird Park after the Jubilee Days Parade to enjoy a fireworks display at dusk! Food trucks and vendors will be on site.

Fresh food is always a delight, and even more so when you are the one who makes the meal. In this camp for Grades K-7, participants will explore the ways we get our food, harvest fresh produce from our very own Trapp Farm, practice safe food prep, and serve the creations you make for snack or lunch. Each day will feature a different recipe and highlight a vegetable or fruit that can be grown in central Minnesota. Lunch and two snacks are provided each day.

Edina’s annual parade occurs on 50th Street, starting at Edina City Hall and ending on Halifax Avenue. The hour-long parade features veterans, marching bands, musicians, horses, and community groups and attracts an estimated crowd of 20,000. Edina’s fireworks follow at 10 p.m. in Rosland Park.
