Virginia Area Historical Society's Heritage Museum focuses on the Virginia area's heritage and history. The museum complex consists of a house formerly occupied by the park superintendent, a log house built by a Finnish homesteader in 1913, and a tourist cabin popular during the 1930s. The buildings contain both permanent and changing exhibits unique to the area's cultural and industrial development, primarily the lumber industry.
Our South Metro golf course is a beautiful 18 hole, par 71 championship course. The front nine has a links feel to it with water and rolling terrain. The back nine is more wooded, lined with trees, water, bunkers and great elevation changes.
The entire course itself consists of 45 bunkers and water comes into play on 16 of 18 holes. Heritage Links offers a challenge for all skill levels from beginner to experienced. Four different sets of tees ranging from 5,145 yards to 6,672 yards should allow you to find your comfort zone quite easily.
Heritage House Victorian Museum, located near downtown Rochester, Minnesota at the corner of First Ave. and Third St. NW in Central Park, is a house museum dedicated to Victorian life and Rochester history. Motorcoach groups are advised to call in advance to guarantee guides are available.

The History Center preserves and interprets the history of Hennepin County Medical Center and 7 predecessor hospitals in Minneapolis including Metropolitan Medical Center and General Hospital. We have exhibits of medical procedures and instruments (including an iron lung); nursing history; and a library of books and journals from 1900-1970s. The Center is located in the lower level of the Blue building of HCMC.
