Ash River Campground; Bear Head Lake State Park

Located in Kabetogama State Forest, managed by Bear Head Lake State Park. The eight campsites are considered "primitive," designed to furnish only the basic needs of the camper. The campsites consist of a cleared area, fire ring, and table. In addition, vault toilets, garbage cans, and drinking water are available. Activities at the campground include hiking, swimming, water access including boat ramp, whitewater paddling on the Ash River, and access to Voyageurs National Park.

Artistry is an independent 501(c)3 nonprofit that serves a regional audience of more than 80,000 people annually.

In pursuit of artistic excellence, we engage our region’s most talented artists in work that welcomes and develops audiences and opens hearts and minds.

Housed in the Bloomington Center for the Arts, we offer programs in theater, visual arts, arts education, and creative placemaking.

Articulture

Articulture is a community-based, nonprofit arts education organization. We educate, enrich and nurture through the visual arts. Articulture offers classes and workshops, retail space featuring handmade goods by local artists, community-based projects, and free open studio art days. All ages (1 year - adult) and abilities are welcome!
