Lola's Lake Waconia Half Marathon promises to provide one of the most scenic race routes in the greater Twin Cities area. It starts at City Square Park in lovely Waconia, weaves through the city then winds around beautiful Lake Waconia where you'll catch your breath and to the finish at the park.

Living Clay: Artists Respond to Nature

From the golden age of Japanese ceramics at the turn of the 17th century to the avant-garde movements in the postwar era and up to the present day, Japanese ceramicists have sought inspiration in the natural world. This exhibition highlights the work of more than a dozen living Japanese women clay artists whose primarily nonfunctional works represent diverse evocations of or responses to the natural world.

Winona’s Levee Park will be rocking once again with the first annual 4th@the Levee and the WINONArts folks are presenting an unforgettable lineup, family fun and games, and food trucks featuring great BBQ, Mexican Food, Crepes, and American Favorites- hot dogs , brats, and cheese curds. Live @the Levee is proving to be one of Winona’s signature events with over 4,000 folks coming out to enjoy the day long festival of artisan vendors, food and craft beers and beverages, outdoor games- and most important of all: world class music!
