Photography & Art at the Rock Featuring Doug Cottrell

Photography & Art at the Rock is a monthly exhibit in the lobby of the Split Rock Lighthouse Visitor Center showcases local artists, landscape, and wildlife photographers of the area.

Doug is a Midwest born-and-raised photographer from the Hudson, WI area. He has a passion for adventure and chases adrenaline in some of the most prestigious areas of the Midwest calling the Gunflint Trail, BWCA, and the infamous Isle Royale his backyard.

Pardon the Noise: 5 Year Anniversary

All-Ages Music Festival featuring two stages of live music from local artists, food trucks, local makers and vendors, and community centered organizations. While heavily featuring Non-Alcoholic options in the community spaces, alcohol and THC beverages will be available for those seeking libations. Dog-friendly inside and out, this event will bring a smile to all, while promoting Minneapolis' thriving and diverse artistic communities.

Paddle Bridge’s The Great Gear-Up & Gather

Paddle Bridge is collaborating with Saint Paul Brewing for use of their space and we are excited for the opportunity to build community around getting outside. There will be a dedicated area for a trunk gear sale with an adjoining boat auction site. Gear sale items are not strictly paddling – we welcome any gently used or new equipment you are looking to rehome. Friends can browse (or sell!) with beer in hand, learn about partner organizations at booths, and take a break inside or on the patio.

Neurodiversity Day at the Roundhouse

Please join the Minnesota Transportation Museum and the Multicultural Autism Action Network for neurodiversity day at the Roundhouse! Free parking, shop tours, short train ride ends at two, museum, craft activities, model trains, Roots and Wings quiet tent. Open to neurodiverse people of all ages and their families and friends. National River's Month Celebration!

River Clean-Up, 10:00-12:00 pm, Ages 12+ - We're celebrating National River Month! Join us June 1st to help clean up the Straight River that runs through River Bend. There will be a half hour of education about the river followed by river clean up for the Straight River. There will be two teams, starting at two locations- at Teepee Tonka and Trout Lily Trails.

Minnesota Senior Games

The Minnesota Senior Games exists today as a non-profit organization dedicated to motivating active adults to lead a healthy lifestyle through the senior games movement. The Games, a 15 plus sport, annual competition for men and women 50 and over, is a statewide competition but also brings in athletes from all over the country. Visit Greater St. Cloud is proud to to be hosting the 2024 Minnesota Senior Games August 15-18, 2024!
