The Winona Ice Fest is a collaborative event between the City of Winona, the Recreation Alliance of Winona, and Big River Climbing Guides in an effort to celebrate the Winona Ice Park and ice climbing with a bunch of friends new and old.
The 2024 Winona Ice Fest will officially begin on Thursday the 22nd through Sunday the 25th.
