At Fibers and Figures, two artists’ works represent how women are seen in society. Klaire Lockheart’s oil paintings and Laura Wennstrom’s multimedia art both challenge traditional representations of women in art. See Fibers and Figures at Bloomington Center for the Arts from now through June 30.

Bryan Callen

Bryan Callen, an actor, comedian, and podcaster, is recognized for his roles on ABC's Schooled and The Goldbergs, and as an original cast member of MadTV, among others. As a veteran headliner, he performs worldwide, and his third one-hour comedy special, "Complicated Apes," reached the top of iTunes charts and is available on Amazon Prime.

The Art of Luis Fitch

Works created by Mexican-Minnesotan artist Luis Fitch during the last decade will be on display at Bloomington Center for the Arts this summer. His body of work includes paintings, stencils, and urban art that explore identity, migration, and social justice.

Fitch will also host three free workshops about the traditional Mexican art of papel picado at Bloomington Center for the Arts on July 27, August 10, and August 30!

Edina's Juneteenth Celebration
