The Rondo Center of Diverse Expressions (RCODE) is pleased to announce the 4th Annual Juneteenth Observance on Wednesday, June 19th, 2024, at the Rondo Commemorative Plaza, 820 Rondo Avenue in St. Paul, MN from 12:00 to 5:00 pm. Programmed events will take place from 2:00 - 4:30 pm.

The Hmong International Freedom Festival is scheduled to take place in St. Paul on June 29-30. This event, known as the largest Hmong sports event in the country, will include competitions in soccer, volleyball, flag football, kato, top spin, and cornhole. In addition, attendees can expect to find a variety of vendors offering food, fruits, drinks, displays, and merchandise.

BEMIDJI JAYCEES 80TH ANNUAL WATER CARNIVAL
Join us on Thursday, July 4th at Lake Bemidji as we celebrate with the annual Red, White, & BOOM fireworks display at dusk. Dusk is expected to be between 9:45-10:15 PM, with the fireworks typically launching around 10:10 PM. Please note that Cameron Park is not recommended for viewing due to obstructing trees, and Nymore Landing will be closed 24 hours before the fireworks. Head to the south end of Lake Bemidji for the best view of the fireworks.
GALA Choruses Festival 2024 is the world's largest LGBTQ+ choir, singing event. This year it will be celebrated in Minneapolis July 10–14. Festival 2024 gathers 7000 singers and 122 choruses for five days, featuring performances from GALA member choirs from the United States, Canada, and Mexico alongside performances from choirs from as far as China, Estonia, Finland, Ukraine, and Taiwan. Typically held every 4 years, Festival 2024 marks a historic 8-year-gap since the last such gathering, because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
