Graduate Minneapolis

Graduate Minneapolis is home team central for golden get-togethers, located less than a block from Gopher’s stadium, next door to dorms and McNamara Alumni Center. Its lush lake house landscape is dotted in forest green, woodland toile, and Prince-ly details of custom plum paisley and a little Corvette red to bring you home. From meetings in town to campus meet ups, the lobby is lounge-central for student hang time or some serious air hockey tournaments.

Graceville Golf Club

The Graceville Golf Course offers nine-hole with watered fairways. The course is open to the public and located next to Toqua Lake Park.

There is cart and clubhouse rental available.

This is a par 36 course with 3, 4, 5 per hole. Yardage is 3,029.

Gopher State Railway Museum

Gopher State Railway Museum is a volunteer, non-profit group offering train rides and vintage rail car displays, including James J. Hill's private car "Manitoba", to the public.

The mission of the Gopher State Railway Museum is to educate the public through collection, restoration, preservation, operation and display of railroad equipment and artifacts.

Museum hours are 10a-3p on the first Saturday of the month between May and October. Other times by prior arrangement. Contact the museum for details. Admission to the museum is free, a fare may apply to train rides.

Gooseberry Park Cottages & Motel

Cabins, some with fireplace and a motel on the shores of Lake Superior two miles south of Gooseberry Falls State Park. Located in Castle Danger, just one mile from Gooseberry Park. Excellent cross country skiing trails located in Gooseberry Park. Ski rental available. Snowmobilers, we have direct access to the North Shore Trail from our cabins, no trailering. Gooseberry Falls State Park

This popular North Shore park features spectacular waterfalls, scenic overlooks, a wonderful visitor center and superb trout fishing. Be sure to take in an interpretive program to learn more about the history, geology and wildlife of the North Shore. Park has campground, 20 miles hiking trails, 12 miles cross-country ski, 2 miles snowmobile trails. Trails run along the Gooseberry River, through aspen, cedar, spruce & pine forests. Mostly intermediate trails. There are only a few plowed winter tenting sites.
