6th Annual Iron Pour
The 6th annual Iron Pour with Igneous Metal Arts runs June 12th through the 14th at the Minnesota Museum of Mining located at 701 West Lake Street in Chisholm. This amazing event takes place at the Minnesota Museum of Mining. Prep your own mold on Friday and cast it on Saturday!
60-Mile Garage Sale
All ten towns along the Root River & Harmony-Preston Valley State Bike Trails are teaming up to put on a garage sale that is over 60 miles along! Each town will have a listing on google maps of all of the houses and businesses that will be having garage and sidewalk sales. The Annual Sleepy Eye Summerfest is gearing up to celebrate the HOG Days of Summer.
We’re excited to promote our supportive local pork industry, Sleepy Eye organizations, and hometown businesses. Last year’s festivities nearly doubled our town’s population, and we’d be happy to do that again!

52nd Annual Ice Fishing Contest
Join us at the Lake City Sportsman's Club on Saturday, February 15th for a fun day of ice fishing and games on Lake Pepin! (fishing site located just offshore from our clubhouse)
Crane Lake Independence Day Celebration
Join us to celebrate Independence Day on Saturday, July 4th. There is no better place to be than Crane Lake! Our world famous parade is always on the 4th - it starts at 7:00 p.m. and goes down the main street of Crane Lake (Gold Coast Road). Come at 6:30 for line up and if you want a good spot! All are invited to join in the fun and enter the parade. It starts at Voyagaire Lodge and turns around after the bridge
Waconia July 4th Fireworks
The Lake Waconia Fireworks are a July 4th tradition in Waconia! A dedicated group of volunteers works hard every year to put on the show, which is completely funded by donations from our local businesses and community members. The show begins at dusk.
