1st Annual WKCC&CVB Chili Competition

Feel the heat! Show off your chili skills with the 1st Annual Chili Competition at the Transfer Building (Formerly Grandpa’s Barn).
2023 Chili Competition Rules
•$25.00 entry fee is required to compete.
•Contestants are allowed to make any base of chili.
•Chili should be made in a six-quart slow cooker or pot ONLY-we want to avoid anyone running out of chili to serve while others are still distributing samples. Running out would make your chances of winning less likely!
•Doors open for competitors at 10:00 a.m.

Rochester Symphony - Introducing Robert Kahn

Dutch-American conductor and recipient of the Solti Career Assitance Award, Robert Kahn is Assistant Conductor at the Academy of Vocal Arts in Philadelphia. A graduate of the Conducting Fellowship at the Curtis Institute of Music, he has served as cover conductor with the Philadelphia Orchestra and New York Philharmonic. In choosing the program for this concert, Maestro Kahn says, "This concert opener reflects my love of opera.
